Rachel Olson – Executive Director
Rachel Olson serves as the president and executive director of REACH 907. Rachel and her husband Trevor have worked with at-risk youth since 2014. They have been therapeutic foster parents for over 30 youth in the valley both full-time and as frequent respite providers. Though Rachel assists her husband Trevor in real estate ventures, her real passion is compassionate work in the community. Rachel served on the Alaska State Board of Social Work Examiners and was awarded the 2019 AK First Lady’s Volunteer of the Year Recipient Award for her efforts on behalf of youth in foster care. In 2017, she became a Trust-Based Relational Intervention Practitioner; a highly valued model of trauma-informed care widely implemented in the REACH 907 family. Rachel currently is focused on developing REACH 907 into a Community Behavioral Health Clinic to better support our youth and families.
Tracee Mason – Administrative Assistant
Tracee Mason officially joined the Staff of REACH 907 as the Administrative Assistant in November 2019. She has previously worked as a homeschool Mom, a Personal Care Attendant (PCA), the Lead Tutor for first and second grade at Firedance Preparatory Academy, and currently alongside her amazing husband, David, with sales and administrative work in his business, Alaska Siding Specialist, Inc. Tracee has always had a heart for hurting people of ALL ages and a desire to assist and advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves. She has volunteered for many local charitable organizations, served at IDEA as the Parent Advisory Council (PAC) Chair, done fundraising work, peer counseling & served on the Board of Directors for HeartReach Center, was a former Stephen Ministry participant and Leader, and recently served as a Volunteer Long Term Care Ombudsman. She currently attends & facilitates a women’s recovery group, mentors two junior girls through REACH 907 with her husband, and learns as much as she can about personal growth and healthy communication. Tracee is BLESSED to volunteer alongside both of her grown children, Dylan and Eden Jacobs, at REACH 907 events!
Jessica Jones – Development/Outreach Coordinator
Growing up in a broken home and being shuffled around as a child, Jessica has a passion to give back to the community-especially to kids who are at-risk. Jessica has been in the non-profit sector for years, serving with Adult and Teen Challenge, Set Free Alaska, and True North Recovery. She has had a heart to help people who struggle with addiction and help to tell stories of redemption! Jessica has been in fundraising and outreach in our community since 2010, and helped various organizations to raise awareness and funds to help people in Alaska. Over the last 20 years of working in Alaska, she has grown a fond respect and love for the people here and the diverse challenges we face. Her heart is to help, serve and tell stories of hope for generations to come.
Tiffany Lemery – Mental Health Clinician
Tiffany Lemery is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) studying to be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Tiffany provides mental health therapy to clients – both individual and group sessions. Tiffany has experience with Crisis Intervention, Family Education, Case Prevention, Violence Prevention, SUD/Co-Occurring disorder therapy as well as EMDR therapy. Tiffany oversees our clinical operations with the executive director. We are making plans to offer summer and school therapeutic Behavioral Health Aide services.
